I’ve been to a few Vets in the area and my wife and I really like this one. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. I can’t say the same about the others. Our dog has had a few procedures here and they gone very well.
This was the best veterinarian I have EVER encountered. So loving and kind. The staff is just as a amazing. The facility was so clean that you almost couldn't smell animals. They gave us such TLC because we were taking our fur baby over the rainbow. I live in Burbank, and this is where I will bring any of my fur babies from now on. Thank you to everyone. ❤️

My dog has been going to PRAH since he was a puppy. They used to be very affordable and I really liked the vet.
This was our first visit in a few years. They no longer host a vaccination clinic, and today they left a pretty significant bruise on my dog. They drew blood and put him back in his carrier and handed him to me, without letting me know they struggled to draw blood. When we got home I discovered a really significant bruise and bump on his chest. I called them to ask if this was a negative reaction to the vaccines he received and they let me know that this happened while they were drawing blood. The team is very nice but I was so deeply disappointed and I don't think I'll be going back. Didn't feel like the quality of care met my expectations.
If you decide to try them, make sure you check your pets before leaving. Really disappointed.

This animal hospital is amazing and willing to work with you. My cat Loki had life saving surgery here that required immediate attention and the staff here was able to see him ASAP. I used to go to Washington Blvd Animal Hospital but after getting turned away with several emergency situations with my pets I am glad I have found this hospital. Highly recommend going here if you keep getting turned away at other places.
The staff is amazing!! They have been taking care of my pet family for years. One of my pups was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Dr. Hernandez and staff helped us through the process to get him stable and adjust to our new normal. Thank you all for you help and compassion.
